This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the purported representation, dated 18-062015, filed by the petitioner- firm for allotment of party zone at NTR Gardens to it, is not being considered.

At the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentHyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, submitted that the respondent will call for tenders before any event is planned at NTR Gardens and that therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to make any representation of the nature, which has been made by him. He has further stated that a perusal of the copy of the representation filed by the petitioner shows that it does not bear the seal evincing receipt by the respondent.

Inasmuch as the petitioner's grievance is innocuous viz., that its representation is not being considered by the respondent, the latter is directed to consider the same, if received, and send

appropriate reply to the petitioner. However, it is made clear that this direction shall not be understood as this Court recognizing the right of the petitioner for allotment of the party zone in NTR Gardens to it in deviation of the prescribed procedure.

Subject to the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.53382 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 21st December, 2015 lur
