O R D E R

This writ petition is filed against a notice issued by the Tahsildar, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District. It is stated that the petitioners have already submitted their response thereto. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is premature as no adverse order has been passed against the petitioners. It is for the Tahsildar, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District, to consider all the aspects of the matter, including the points raised by the petitioners and thereafter take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law. In the event the Tahsildar, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District, decides against the petitioners, a copy of the said reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioners and it would be open to the petitioners to invoke suitable remedies available to them in law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
