This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though the authorization of the petitioner's Fair Price Shop at No.28, KVM Agraharam Village, Vedurukuppam Mandal, Chittoor District, is subsisting, the essential commodities are not supplied to his shop.

This Court, by order dated 10.12..2014, directed respondents 3 and 4 to continue the petitioner as Fair Price Shop dealer by releasing stocks to him for distribution. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the respondents are supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop and authorization is renewed from time to time.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
