HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No.426 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Moola Vijaya Bhasker, learned Government Pleader prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to the appellants to file petition seeking review of the order dated 3.8.2011 passed in Writ Petition No. 21474 of 2009. He submits that Writ Petition No. 21474 of 2009 had no connection with the batch, which was disposed of by the order dated 3.8.2011. The writ appeal is allowed to withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
