THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.5527 OF 2002 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 08.02.2002, passed by the 1st respondent in Application No.29 of 2001.

On 02.12.2011, this Court recalled the order dated 04.11.2011 and four weeks time was granted to the petitioner to take steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent and in default, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated, in so far as the 2nd respondent is concerned. As the petitioner failed to comply with the said order, the writ petition stood dismissed against the 2nd respondent. Since the petitioner did not file any application so far seeking restoration of the dismissal order dated 02.12.2011 against the contesting respondent, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
