This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.03/RCATCT/2010 pending on the file of Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Kurnool.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the Court, if any final report is filed for the alleged offences.
