Having regard to the common order passed in WVMP.No.1215 of 2017 in WPMP.No.13855 of 2016 in WP.No.10990 of 2016 and WP.No.10990 of 2016 today, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to 1st petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Case in case the order in the Writ Petition is not complied with within one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of the order in the Writ Petition. 2.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
