This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 6th respondent vide Rc.No.B 389/2013, dated --/03/2014, whereunder and whereby the petitioners application filed under Section VI (A) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of subject property is disposed of rejecting their claim. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order under sub-Section 5 of Section 5 of the Act.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy of appeal under sub-Section 5 of Section 5 of the Act. No order as to costs.
