When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 16-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pochampally Police Station, Nalgonda District, would submit that in Cr.No.42 of 2013 of Pochampally Police Station, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and case was registered as C.C.No.840 of 2013 on the file of A..J.F.C.M. Bhongir and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
