O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the revenue authorities in

issuing her a pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.70 cents assigned to her in Sy.No.775 of Etimarpuram Village, Penagaluru Mandal, Kadapa District.

Sri K. Venugopal Reddy, learned counsel, points out that the application was made in accordance with the prescribed procedure in Form 6-A appended to the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Penagaluru Mandal, to process and take a final decision upon the petitioner's application within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event the Tahsildar rejects the petitioner's application, he shall duly record and communicate the reasons therefor to the petitioner.
