O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent - Tahasildar in handing over the agricultural land in an extent of Ac.0-10 cents in Sy.No.618/7, 8 of West Bapatla revenue village, 7th wards, Bapatla Municipality, which is alleged to be in possession of the petitioner for more than 90 years, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submitted that the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar handed over the possession of the land to 5th respondent - Municipal Corporation for construction of overhead tank and tenders were called for and work orders were issued in favour of the successful bidder.

Except the averment that the petitioner is in possession of the subject land, no document tracing the title and possession has been placed on record. In the absence of any tangible material in support of the claim of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs.

However it is open to the petitioner to agitate his right before the civil court.
