O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution arises out of the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by the learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P.No.56 of 2015 in ABR/CF/No.590 of 2014. It is sated before us that an identical issue fell for consideration before this Court in C.R.P.No.436 of 2016 which arose out of a similar order passed by the learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, C i ty Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P.No.80 of 2015 in ABR/CF/No.434 of 2014. A copy of the order dated 18.04.2016 allowing C.R.P.No.436 of 2016 is placed before us. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order dated 18.04.2016 passed in C.R.P.No.436 of 2016, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order under revision. The petitioner-decree holder is at liberty to execute the decree taking recourse to any method available to it in law for recovering the decretal amounts from one or all of the judgment debtors. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
