2018-10-29A.Rajasheker Reddy1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.37955 OF 2018

O R D E R

From the material on record, it could be seen that earlier petitioner filed W.P.No.19747 of 2018, alleging inaction on the part of official respondents in considering his objections while issuing pattedar pass books and title deeds to the unofficial respondents in respect of subject property. This court by order dated 14.06.2018, dismissed the writ petition as premature.

Even in the present affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner has not stated that unofficial respondents have filed any application for issuing of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject property. Therefore, it is clear that as on today, the application of unofficial respondents for the above said relief, is not pending with the official respondents. Hence the question of inaction on the part of official respondents in considering the objections of the petitioner, does not arise.

In view of the same, writ petition for anticipated inaction cannot be entertained. However, as and when the unofficial respondents file application seeking for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds, it is always open to the petitioner to file objections, which would be considered in accordance with law.

With the above observation, writ petition is dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
