THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.31190 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in preventing the petitioners from entering into and doing business in the leased premises without considering the representation dated 03.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
