Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. Sri C.S. Surya Prakash Rao, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 6. This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Kalluri Uday Vardhan Reddy, who is hardly 17 years old. According to the petitioner, he has been illegally detained by the respondents. Sri Surya Prakash Rao submits that Kalluri Uday Vardhan Reddy has been arrested in connection with Crime No.120 of 2016 registered at Mangalagiri Rural Police Station and he was produced before the Juvenile Court and now remanded to Juvenile/Observation Home, Vijayawada. That seems to be the reason why no one is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits.
