Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ravulapati Sreenivas, submitted that all the facts are not mentioned in the writ affidavit and as such, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating all the facts. Therefore, he seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
