O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners of the subject property by virtue of the sale deed bearing document No.1336 of 1983 dated 09.03.1983 and that when the unofficial respondents 5 to 7 are interfering with their possession, they field suit in O.S.No.186 of 2017 on the file of II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and the trial court by order and decree dated 14.09.2017 in I.A.No.82 of 2017 in O.S.No.186 of 2017, granted interim injunction. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of interim orders of injunction in respect of subject property and that, though they made representations dated 29.09.2018 and 18.07.2018, respondents 3 and 4 - District Registrar and Sub Registrar, are entertaining the registration of sale deeds in respect of the subject property at the instance of unofficial respondents 5 to 7. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioners filed the suit for injunction and the interim injunction is only not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners and there are no orders restraining the respondents 3 and 4 from entertaining the sale deeds in respect of subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners may be given liberty to approach the civil court to file interlocutory application in O.S.No.186 of 2017.

Since the petitioners have already approach the civil court, it is always open to them to file necessary interlocutory applications and it is for the said court to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, and that no liberty of this court is required to be granted.

With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
