wp_32355_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the official respondents to produce Smt. Kolaka Sandhya Rani @ Saketi Sandhya Rani, the wife of the petitioner.

In pursuance of the direction of this Court, Kolaka Sandhya Rani and her parents, who are respondent Nos. 4 and 5, are personally present. After a long interview of all the three persons and also the brother of Kolaka Sandhya Rani and the son of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, we understand that the said Kolaka Sandhya Rani has voluntarily married the petitioner. Though she was concerned with the feelings of her parents and their future, she expressed her willingness to live with the petitioner. As she is a major, she is set free leaving her with the option to join the petitioner.
