THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12716 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that even though he had applied on 04.01.2014, 23.05.2015, 02.06.2015, 03.12.2015 and 18.03.2016 to the 4th respondent for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of his land, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent in that regard.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner should apply in Form 6A as prescribed under the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 with the supporting documents before the 4th respondent and if such an application is made, the 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application in Form 6A as prescribed under the above Act with the supporting documents before the 4th respondent; and if such an application is made, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of such application and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
