When the matter is taken up for consideration proceedings in Rc.No.3673/2014/S6 dated 24-22016 addressed by the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Divisional Forest Officer, Warangal North Division to the Government Pleader for Forests is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Forests. The said letter shows that an amount of Rs.1,91,743/- has been deposited in favour of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Joint Commissioner of Labour, Warangal vide Demand Draft No.755784 dated 232-2016 for payment of compensation charges of Sri Durgam Sammaiah s/o Durgam Pentaiah R/o Tadvai Village and Mandal, Warangal District. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
