When the matter is called, it is represented by learned Government Pleader for Endowments that the 6th respondent passed an order terminating the petitioner herein from service. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with some more details taking into account the subsequent events also.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
