Learned Government Pleader for Environment appears for respondent No.1 in both the writ petitions, Sri G. Ramchendra Rao, learned Standing Counsel, appears for respondent No.2 in W.P.No.7120 of 2014 and Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel, appears for respondent No.2 in W.P.No.10998 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, invited our attention to the orders, dated 20.06.2014 and 17.07.2014, passed by this Court in W.P.No.10942 of 2014 and W.P.No.9954 of 2014 and batch respectively and submits that these writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms thereof. In the aforementioned orders this Court simply recorded the statement made by the respondents that the Board has taken a decision not to implement C.S.R./E.S.R. The statement was accepted and the writ petitions were disposed of.
