Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.

On 03.04.2018 a show cause notice under Section 6-B of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 was issued by the District Collector against the petitioners and others. 3.

According to learned counsel for petitioners, the 1st petitioner has filed his explanation. But so far no final orders are passed, neither the goods nor the vehicle are released causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader agree for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector (CS) Krishna at Machilipatnam-2nd respondent to pass orders by considering the explanation offered to the show cause notice.

Having regard to said submission, the Collector (CS) Krishna at Machilipatnam-2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on due consideration of explanation offered by petitioner to the show cause notice dated 03.04.2018, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after holding personal hearing. Petitioners shall also cooperate in participating in personal hearing for early disposal of the issue.
