This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the action of respondent No.3 in constituting a Trust Board with respondent No.4 and others as trustees of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Devasthanam, Inavolu (Iloni) Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.J.Venkateshwar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to question the proceeding of respondent No.1 stated to have been issued on 25-01-2016 constituting a renovation Committee for Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Devasthanam.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
