After hearing the Writ Petition for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the civil Court as the petitioner is claiming easementary rights.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
