ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.6-89 cents in survey Nos.193 and 179 of Paragadacherla Village, Ropicherala Mandal, Narsaraopet Division. It is stated that petitioner has been issued pattadar passbook and title deed in the year 1996 itself, but his name is not carried out in spite of applying on e-seva and that the revenue record and online document do not show his name. Petitioner has made a representation dated 08.01.2015 to the Mandal Revenue Officer. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
