HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24187 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed by Godavarthi Sri Rama Kumar seeking production of respondent No.3 - Madala Manjusha, claiming that she is his legally wedded wife and has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.4 to 7.

Respondent No.3 - Madala Manjusha is present in the Court. We asked her whether she has been illegally detained, as alleged, by respondent Nos.4 to 7 and her reply was in the negative. She states that she is willingly staying with her grandparents and she has no desire to go with the petitioner. We do not find her under pressure or under influence of any person. She is fully matured and educated girl. In view of her desire to continue to stay with her grandparents, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed.

Order accordingly.
