In view of the communication dated 04.11.2016, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the contempt case and seeks leave of the Court to obtain further relief, if the circumstances warrant, in the pending execution petitions.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
