This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned endorsement No.C/214/2017 dated 18-08-2018 issued by the 1st respondent rejecting the claim of the petitioner for regularization of land to an extent of 60 square yards in Sy.No.107 of Khairatabad Village under premises bearing No.6-3-252/37/64/A, Ramakrishna Nagar, Erramanzil colony, Khairatabad, Hyderabad.

Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Clause (xiii) of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30-12-2014 as contended by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedy available to her under clause (xiii) of G.O.Ms.No.58, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30-12-2014 and raise all her contentions, which are raised herein. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as stated supra. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
