O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production and release of the petitioner's daughter, Ms. Iram Saba @ Rinky, from the fourth respondent, Prajwala Rehabilitation Home. The petitioner further sought a direction to handover the custody of his daughter to him.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General, State of Telangana, informed us that the daughter of the petitioner was released into his custody and placed before us a copy of the release undertaking letter signed by him stating to that effect. Though this information was furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on 10.08.2016, this Court adjourned this case as there was no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel. Today, yet again, there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel.

In the light of the material placed before us, it is clear that no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
