This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.54 of 2015 of Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused would submit that the petitioner/ accused intends to file an anticipatory bail application before the Court of Session. 3 .

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
