HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.623 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.

2) The petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition for withdrawal of the amount as the period of deposit expired by December, 2015 even from the very order of the Tribunal to entertain and permit muchless half of the deposited amount to the petitioner and also by virtue of this order.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
