Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 as illegal arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th and 6th respondents pending in O. S. No. 156/2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Darsi, Prakasam district." 3.

The basic grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 is interfering in the civil dispute pending between him and respondent Nos. 5 and 6, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.156 of 2012.

Respondent No.4 filed a counter affidavit stating that he neither harassed, threatened nor interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner, more particularly in civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in respect of the land in Sy.No.298 situated at Mundlamur mandal, Prakasam district at any point of time. It is further stated that

as on the date of filing of the counter, no complaint or a case of whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioner on the file of his police station. Therefore, the question of harassing or threatening does not arise.

In the light of the above said statement made in the counter affidavit, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
