O R D E R :

Aggrieved by the order dated 23/6/2016 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur district, in I.A.No. 1104 of 2015 in un-numbered suit [vide CFR.No.5974, dated 01/10/2015], dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under section 148 and 151 of C.P.C., seeking to condone the delay of 1185 days in representing the un-numbered suit, the petitioner/plaintiff filed the present Civil Revision Petition under section 115 of C.P.C.

2. Heard Sri N. Subba Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/plaintiff.

3. On perusal of the order impugned, the learned trial Judge has recorded that the petitioner had filed the suit for specific performance by enormous delay of 1185 days and for that the petitioner failed to give valid and reasonable explanation to condone the delay of 1185 days in representing the un-numbered

suit. Thus, the learned trial Judge has rightly dismissed the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner.

4. I find no ground in the present revision to interfere with the order dated 1104 of 2015 in un-numbered suit [CFR.No.5974 dated 01/10/2015] passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala and this revision is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand disposed of. __________________________________ JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT.
