HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.79 OF 2015 ORDER:

In view of the judgment in Sethuraman v. Rajamanickam the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

2. Permission as sought for is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

4. As sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
