This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P' NAGENDRA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Pinkeshwar Gangwar representing Ms. Ananthi, Special Public Prosecutor for cBl on behalf of the Respondent.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.8941 OF 2014 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the , I proceedings against the petitioner/ accused No.2 in C.C.No.13 of 2Ol4 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court"). 2.

Heard Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pinkeshwar Gangwar, learned counsel representing Ms. Ananthi, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-CBI 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the camse in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the C.C.No.13 of 2Ol4 has been disposed of vide judgment dated 23.01.2013 before the trial Court and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. To substantiate his contention, learned counsel filed a copy of e-courts proceedings. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor takes no objection to the sarne.
