CRP.No.1960 of 2015 is filed challenging the docket order dated 04.05.2015 in O.S.No.91 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial. CRP.No.2411 of 2015 is filed challenging the order dated 17.04.2015 in I.A.No.85 of 2015 in O.S.No.91 of 2013.

Heard both the counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has given an undertaking that defendants' side evidence would be closed on or before 31.08.2015. In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners/defendants to complete their side evidence on before 31.08.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in both the revisions shall stand closed.
