THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.22404 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking reinstatement of the petitioner as Principal in the respondent schools by considering her representation, dated 10-07-2015.

2. A counter-affidavit is filed stating that she was appointed on contract basis, which was being renewed on yearly basis. During the year 2006-07, two minor girls were raped by a contract teacher and it came to light that the petitioner is in connivance with the crime. Thereafter, an enquiry was ordered and on the basis of enquiry report, her services were terminated. This writ petition is filed without challenging any order of termination, but seeking reinstatement of the petitioner, which cannot be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of termination, if any, passed by the respondent. No order as to costs.

4 . Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
