THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.472 of 2016 ORDER:
Learned counsel, representing Sri Vankani Mallesham, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, seeks time on the ground that his senior requests to seek time.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dubbak, and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.236 of 2015 and the matter has become infructuous.
Since the request made in the present petition is to quash F.I.R.No.78 of 2015 and that stage is passed in view of filing of charge sheet and cognizance being taken, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
