THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6204 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District Judge, West Godavari, in O.S.No.87 of 2011 declining to mark four Compact Discs as evidence unless it is supported by a certificate as required under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (for short 'the Act').

Though the order is challenged on various grounds, at the end, Mr. K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to renew the request after obtaining certificate under Section 65B of the Act.

Giving liberty as prayed for, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, without disturbing the finding recorded by the trial Court. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from renewing his request afresh subject to compliance of Section 65B of the Act.

Consequently, pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
