25.03.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.iii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.17156 of 2025, dated 22.12.2025, pertaining to appearance of the petitioners before the Investigating Officer.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.iii imposed against the petitioners i.e. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet, and thereafter, as and when required, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Authority as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
