This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.07.2016 passed in I.A.No.918 of 2016 in I.A.No.1986 of 2008 in O.S.No.859 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioners present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.859 of 2003 on 24.06.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
