HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15205 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the appeal No.31 of 2015 filed under Section 72 of Registration Act by the petitioner against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent. It is also stated that pending appeal, the petitioner has raised some more additional grounds. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal No.31 of 2015 taking into account the additional grounds raised by the petitioner and also grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued by the 4th respondent in respect of subject lands within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
