HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.38772, 39122, 39238 and 39733 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and workmen in all the cases.

It is stated by both sides that the matter has been settled out of Court and each workman, who is shown as 1st respondent in each of the writ petitions, has been paid a sum of Rs.75,000/ - (Rupees seventy five thousand only) through demand draft. Affidavits are filed by the workmen stating that they have received the said amount and they have no objection to allow the writ petitions.

Having regard to the settlement between the parties, referred to above, which is admitted by the workmen, who are arrayed as 1st respondent in all the writ petitions, the writ petitions are allowed and the awards dated 08.05.2018 passed by the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Ananthapur, in I.D.Nos.94, 95, 96 and 97 of 2014 are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
