This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.1 and seeking bail in Crime F.No.DRI/HZU/48D/ENQ-6(INT-NIL)2015 on the file of Senior Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Hyderabad, for the offences under Sections 22, 25, 28, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985.

The earlier bail petition Crl.P.No.12070 of 2015 filed by petitioners was dismissed by this Court on 25-112015. There is no substantial change of circumstances. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2.
