HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6873 OF 2014 ORDER:

A Letter dated 4.4.2017 was submitted by Sri K. Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4, to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he got instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition, and hence the criminal petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The same was also reiterated in the Court. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
