HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4429 of 2013 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.31 of 2013 of Kandukur (T) Police Station, Prakasam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC and 5 of PC & MCSB.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the parties compromised in the above crime and the compromise was recorded before the Lok Adalat as pre-litigation case and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
