HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19480 of 2016 ORDER:

Challenging proceedings Rc.No.2504/2002C dated 16.5.2016 issued by the third respondent superseding the entire managing committee of the petitioner-Society and appointing the Special Officers to manage the affairs of the said Society for a period of six months or newly elected board assumes charge, whichever is earlier, the present Writ Petition is filed.

It is submitted by learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and agreed to it by learned Counsel for the petitioner that against the impugned proceedings dated 16.5.2016 of the third respondent, an efficacious alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner and the appellate authority/Tribunal so constituted is taking up the matters. In view of the above, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings of the third respondent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
