Dr.T.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letters, dated 06.11.2017, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client instructed him to seek permission of the Court for withdrawal of these writ petitions. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the aforesaid request. 3.

These Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
