Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 not to interfere in the Civil Disputes nor any manner harass/detain the petitioner in the Police Station in the name of enquiry, and pass such other orders as are just and necessary in the circumstances of the case, otherwise the I shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3.

Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that one G.Krishna had lodged a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, against the petitioner herein with regard to the land in Survey No.293 situated at Shivanagar, Kanojiguda Village of Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R. District. Upon receipt of the said private complaint, which was forwarded by the concerned Magistrate to the 3rd respondent, a case in Crime No. 850 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 386, 505(ii) and 452 IPC was registered on 03.12.2013 on the file of the

Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad. After investigation, the case was referred as 'civil in nature' on 03.12.2013 before the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. Except registering the above crime against the petitioner with regard to the said land, the 3rd respondent never harassed, threatened and interfered with the land of the petitioner at any point of time. It is also further mentioned in the instructions that the respondent police never harassed the petitioner by detaining him in the police station and the said allegation is baseless. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
